3. IF THE TICKET ISSUANCE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, and the SMS about the withdrawal of funds has already arrived, BE CALM! The refund will happen automatically within a few minutes.
Please note that banks do not send SMS messages about refunds. To verify the return, please contact tech. support from your bank.
4. For devices with ANDROID version 4.3.0 and below! For reasons beyond our control, it is not possible to purchase tickets on your devices. We apologize for the inconvenience.
5. NO MOSCOW and MOSCOW REGION, Novosibirsk, Rio de Janeiro, Warsaw, Bishkek and Astana in the selection of stations! Stations of those carrier companies that have connected to the application are available in the application.

6. ISSUANCE OF REDUCED ELECTRONIC TICKETS IS NOT PERFORMED in accordance with clause 77 of the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo luggage by rail.
