Update- the senior managaer riya reached out and escalated the case, my wife got the treatment but the reaction was little late from the team and thats why had to write a review.. overall the support team should improve ......... I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order for today, and the "beautician" is extremely late and appears to be unreachable. Furthermore, I have been to getting bad response from customer care. I will be uninstalling the app.

I booked the service and my beautician name was Lassang Tamang. She was right on time and the facial she did was completely outstanding and it was very relaxing.. I loved all the services that she provided and I would call her everytime. Thank you so much Get Look.

Good service and great experience by Getlook beautician. Very professional and must book it for home salon services. I am giving 1 star for the beautician. The problem lies with the platform and the time management. I have booked 2 different packages for 2 different people but they have sent only 1 beautician for both the packages. It takes lots of time for the customer as well as the beautician as she has to finish the services for 1 person and than move on to the 2nd person and It took 6 hours
