• The app will only work with MantisBT version 1.2.9 and higher.

Cannot open my self hosted mantisbt running on vpn, too bad it looks promising Edit: You are right, the php soap is disabled. After enabling the soap it is working now. Only that the current version keeps 'checking authorization' until timeout error. But still able to browse the page. Thanks

Hi, I will have to check how the authorization code works. For the lite version of the app it shouldn't be needed since it verifies the payment status. It could be something with the internet connection when you are connected over vpn.

Unable to view the issue ticket. Clicking yo open and it goes back to main screen.

Hi, I can help you if you use the report function in the app or contact me by email. Most problems of such character can be resolved. Most common problems is the use of incorrect URL or that PHP SOAP is not installed in the web server.
