I've been using Bleeper bikes for about 1.5 months and I see loads of issues: 1. There's been atleast 5 times when I've seen people park inside their private property. Impose stricter rules on defaulters 2. Sometimes a bike will not unlock even though it's unlocked on the app 3. After that, atleast for three times, I've been unable to finish my trip 4. Customer care is terrible. It takes ages to solve a ticket. The app is absolutely unusable till then. I don't think I'm going to ever use Bleepe

Terrible company, bike does not unlock then they continue to charge me 15 euro. Customer service doesn't answer email and there phone line just says there are closed for training every single day. There are other options for this service just use them. Do not use bleeper.

Update: even worst now. Doesn't work at all. Bikes not where they are supposed to be. You can't select bikes on the app. Just horrible experience. Do not recommend. sometimes it just stops working. it freezes a lot, you go to a bike and it's the wrong bike appearing on the app then the one that is actually there. but when it actually works, it's a great app
