Your app is terrible on the move. Firstly, it needs to be in the network to activate the NUSafe green sign. Otherwise, it will show red most of the time. Next, the university's network coverage is annoyingly terrible. I have had so many disruption for the past two years in multiple devices and terminals. It will turn out like intermediate disconnection but a d/c nonetheless. Now, because of this lack of coverage, esp at bus stops, the NUSafe section takes FOREVER to register!

Hi Johann, you do not require a NUSafe green pass to board buses. You do need to connect to Wifi to obtain the green pass at the canteens as we need to ensure the safety capacities at the canteens are maintained. Do let us know where you experience your Wifi connectivity issues via itcare@nus.edu.sg so we can assist further.

The application definitely makes it more user friendly to record and submit temperature, instead of visiting the website. Logging is hassle free with biometric option. Is it possible to capture photo of the thermometer readings while taking temperature? That will make the process even smoother as we are expected to keep a photo record. Thanks for the app! After recent update, the app's reminder system doesn't seem to work. As a result I ended up missing submission of my temperature a few times.

Hi, do reset the reminder as it may have been turned off during the update. Should it not work after that, do reach out to us via 1app@nus.edu.sg

Worst app ever. Logged into the app just to get into the swimming pool. After I pressed the "log in" button, instead of logging me into the app, the screen just refreshed and redirected me to the log in page again. Waited for around 15 mins just to get in. Is it really necessary to do this just to get into the pool considering there's a gantry there. And there was NO ONE there at that time!
