my first time using the app and now it says I have to log in and not sign up with the same email as my Ari wallet. I tried to forget password but it's showing me to input master key, one that I don't have. I have not used the app before so what can I do. resolve this and get your 5 star. thanks

finding it difficult to sign in... despite using the same email I used for my Ari wallet still not going rather keep saying..."The membership information is either missing or incorrect " please help out.

Good app, Just sign in with Ari chain email and password. Do not try to sign up with another email. If you have Arichain wallet then just sign in with your arichain email and password.
