Every time I recharge BPDB meter I have to contact customer service for meter token and they take long time to solve the issue.

Avoid installing. It's the worst app. The Schedule Recharge function doesn't work. I contacted them via messenger, and they directed me to reach out via email. After providing details through email, they assured me they fixed the issue. However, after scheduling a recharge again, I received it more than 7-8 hours ago. Perhaps their developers are not up to par. It's easy to fix such problems; I'm familiar with coding.

This is annoying that if the recharge is failed, then app must show the reason so that user can do corrections if fault from own side!!!!! What the hell. It's just showing failed failed and failed where user is not even being informed about the reason either its from user end or from the system!!! Besides, your ratings says about your poor service. I don't know why I am wasting time to write this and trying to recharge through a stupidly structured apps.!!!
