App barely works. Text disappears, even map sometimes doesn't show up. Two or three time I had to call support no cancel reservation, because the scooter I've booked just wasn't anywhere near position on the map. Once I was asked to ride back, because trees (!) were blocking my GPS signal and app gone mad. Today I'm called after two hours after I have finished my ride, and said that, "hey, your charge is low, maybe you should finish your ride". Great job!

Absolutely not a friendly user app. The first negative point is the app itself. The entire time i was looking for Leasing Express and after some time i found its name was Sun Rent. Developers and managers do sth about your company and app names urgently. You don't know how to sell it to your customers and leave them with many confusions. The second negative point is the unnecessary personal information it requires. Why do you gather unnecessary information?? You forgot the main goal, simplicity!

Sometimes it just won't cancel (end) the ride and just continues to consume money even if I put it on pause before ending it. Please optimize the app's work and check the state of scooters more frequently. There are some with wobbly front wheels.

Мы всегда следим за самокатами и регулярно их обслуживаем, но если что-то упускаем в моменте, то нужно остановиться и написать нам в чат приложения.
