This is the last update for Raiffeisen Online and it will soon be retiring. The new MyRaif app is everything you've come to love and more. Go ahead - we are already there and waiting for you. Genius color in chat with bank, guys. Yellow background and white letters are so convenient to read. One more irritating thing-you cannot copy text in card requisites. When you tap share - it gives you pdf with non-selectable text. So when I give somebody requisites to send me money, or me sending money from other bank-we need to enter numbers from keyboard, which is time consuming and leads to errors.

After almost every update something breaks and the app is not working. But I can't just wait for a week or two for a stable version, because as long as update is available old version is not working. You are providing service that must be available 24/7. I do not have a possibility to go to the bank every time the app is not working.

Still same! As always suddenly go offline during business time - very nice. Still the same ! 1. Stop work when you need return short credit on you credit card ! That time app has technical problems - most the time. 2. Hidden commissions during operation - go through all your operation during month to find. 3. Service can be unvailable for hour ! Incredible for bank. 4. App can be updated and you will go through full authentication procedure again. Slow app is even not an issue...
