Very clunky, having to log in and out of separate gas and electricity accounts, even for dual fuel contracts. Info shown is more basic than it used to be. Within Usage section, for instance, it only shows current month, year, etc. Previous app allowed you to see your usage in comparison to last year. The usage data is fairly useless if you don't have anything to compare it too.

I have contacted the number they gave me but no one replies. Same problems of not showing my energy use of gas except for the last 2 weeks of every month, the first 2 weeks of each month don't show. Completely sick of BG not giving a toss. Told them every month for a year and nothing happens. The new toggle for showing the standing charge doesn't work either. Roll on the end of my contract.

This app only works when it wants too. You can't see any readings, only estimated. Smart monitor only shows electricity, it has been like this since January. The purpose having a smart monitor is you don't have too send readings, but I still have too.
