Sometimes i do online ordering and sometimes like to have a look in shops and get a better view of what the products are like so is easier not to return

I put item in basket & discount code which worked. I put other items in basket the discount disappeared.Il I typed code back in & it kept saying it's expired, then put other items in the basket and it wouldn't let me, after several times it worked I put the same item in two sizes now I should have a total of 3 items...when I placed the order & paid I got an email saying both items are the same size I had to make 2 orders & pay delivery twice. HOF have no call number to rectify before delivery?

I love the House of Fraser app and I especially love the Fraser Plus, this gives me the opportunity to spread out the cost of my favourite designers at no extra cost in interest.
