Downloading the NCP app means you can purchase a digital monthly, quarterly and annual season tickets, depending on your needs. This season ticket will then be stored in app, meaning you will never forget or lose a physical season ticket again!

Features of the NCP app include:

• The ability to pay as you go and access your season ticket, if you have one, in one place – combining two apps into one
• Extend your parking session in-app to save you having to go back to your car – you will be notified by push notifications from the app so please ensure you have enabled Push in your device settings to stay up to date
• 1 QR code for ALL of your products
• Ability to favourite sites that you regularly visit in your favourites list
• AutoPay provides fully automatic recognition and payment at selected sites via your vehicle registration number (VRN)
• Map and list view of car parks with additional features

I downloaded the app in the hopes that I could pre book a car park. After I created an account, I try to pre book but was told my account doesn't exist. For some bizarre reason, the app and the pre booking are 2 completely different systems with different accounts and passwords. The app may be fine but it didn't do what I wanted and doesn't link to pre bookings.

Worst experience ever! Not having pre-booked despite having the app loaded and ready, (as we didn't know what car park or brand we would use) we were past the barrier and committed to exorbitant charges with no way whatsoever to use app member rates. It appears you can't scan a QR code when the car is three floors up. Total total rip-off merchants!

I begrudgingly downloaded the app to save on my parking session. But this is yet another parking app to was to my collection. I'm not happy because it wanted all of my name and address details and put a test charge on my account, only to get to the end of the sign up process and it accepting Google pay. I'd rather not store my card details in the app especially if I never needed to actually use them.
