Terrible app, many pages do not have a "back" button so you are continually logged out. When logging in you usually get a "something went wrong" message. Also no longer able to use a PIN to log in so 2FA every time. Previously you could log in with ease if you turned off wifi (so using O2 network), but that no longer works. it used to work so well.

I don't know what's happening to this o2, whether it's the app or the join to virgin media orsomething else,but iv been trying to sign in to my account for last couple of days and I still can't get in. keeps repeating the same thing ,wants my email then sends me a verification email that I have to click on to confirm its me but then nothing ! I end up back to same page asking me to enter my email but repeats the same action ,I can't get into my account at all now ,ridiculous ! used to be easy.

Really liked this app, so clear and easy to use, all the information like, spend cap, extra charges, data etc were displayed. This new app that has arrived today(1/10/25) is horrendous. Struggled to find spend cap and cannot locate extra charges anywhere. Why do developers insist on making improvements that complicate and annoy. I consider it important to know what my daily usage is and if there have been extra charges then I want to know. Roll back to the last app, it was clear and easy to use.
