Updated the app, and now it won't even log me in - it gets stuck on the loading wheel. As others have pointed out, you can only access your rewards on the app and not desktop, so it's literally blocking me from accessing my rewards or even logging my time, for that matter. I appreciate the customer service, I really do, but the app is embarrassing. I was considering leaving before, but changed my mind. Now I might have to reconsider if I can't even login.

The best rewards are now locked behind a game of chance that you have to play every week of the month to be in with a chance of getting anything. Miss one week, that's the reward gone. Effectively this app is now just a button to activate the free coffee each week and the fact that is hidden behind multiple menus is enough to warrant the 1 star.

Hi Joe. Through Pick and Play, you continue to benefit from a guaranteed weekly reward for getting active. On top of this, you are guaranteed at least one reward when you ‘play’ each week and can benefit from up to two extra monthly rewards. We are looking to make some improvements to the programme shortly so thank you for raising this feedback.

Just edited from 2 stars... The app is quite buggy, often taking a long time to log in and sometimes not allowing you at all. To add to this frustration, Vitality introduced a moronic game to "Find Stanley" in April 2025. Honestly, this is health insurance. What you have done to the perks system is so infuriating, I'd actually prefer there were no perks than a random game of chance that's no longer linked to health. Will be cancelling the policy for my company at renewal.
