It's mostly good, but works very slow. Some things are much easier on the web (for example, suspending a hold takes forever on the app, and you can't do more than one item at a time). Sometimes the search feature doesn't work well, even if you have a title exactly correct (but I think that's the site in general). Being able to see that an item's renewal limit is reached without having to TRY to renew it would also be helpful (as it is on the web).

The app used to be good. Since the most recent update it won't show up to date info. I log in with my correct information add eventually it'll tell me service not available. I've tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall the app clear the cache, etc. I went to the website and I'm able to access all the info I need. Please fix the app.
