For context I have been using virtual desktop for years on my Quest 2 and on Quest 3 and has been my go to PCVR streaming app. Unfortunately, on the GXR version there are some serious tracking issues that are definitely not typical with virtual desktop and something i've never experienced before. To be fair, the tracking on the GXR isn't the best, but these issues become worse once I load into virtual desktop. Hovering two feet off the floor with no controllers. Gets worse every day.

Hi, this is an issue with Android XR that I've reported to Google. They are aware and working on it. It's the exact same code that runs on all platforms.

This needs face calibration to run at least once (Android settings > Avatars > Face tracking > Start calibration) for tracking data to fully work. I was confused why only eye tracking was working, maybe the app can add a reminder to do that when enabling tracking data? No problems after that, though!

Controller support is broken. play a game, when you return to Virtual Desktop the pointers no longer work and you have to quit VD and restart to get them working again.

Hi, this is an issue on the OS side with the runtime sometimes returning invalid data with controller position and orientation. I've reported this to Google so a future OS update should resolve this.
