The medical record is a modern application for managing and keeping data about your health.

This will allow you:
- to save the history of your visits to the doctors, their recommendations, referrals to laboratory tests, test results, and other information.

Ratings and reviews

If you want to do anything at all you have to pay money otherwise it's an ugly looking app that just sits on your wall. Edit: You're right it was misleading. Let me make sure I was clear. The app does nothing whatsoever that would be useful. It would be great if information could be imported, if the app wouldn't crash randomly, and if the functionality included more than your basic notebook functionality that comes with your phone standardly. I hope that cleared up any misleading information.

This app can easily be 5 star. Beautiful interface, but missing a basic function. I love the calendar view where you can add a medicine, doctor appt, etc. It would perfect if I could add a symptom, a general note field for the day would be worth paying an annual fee. Also could use a friendlier way to add custom medications and symptoms.

Good app with a great potential. Easy to use interphase. some functions can be improved. I am changing my review since previously, the developer hasn't answered any of my queries. But I do understand the situation and thus change my review. Hope to see new features and functionalities in near future. Wishing the developer team best wishes and looking forward to updates.
