Time resource utilization app: P-1 (P-1) is an app that quantitatively reveals the following two realities.
・Time spent by members on their individual tasks
・Feeling of being engaged in the work
Utilizing P-1 brings the following effects.
・You can check the balance between "the results managers expect from members" and "the time members devote to each task."
- The relationship between the ``actual state of work that has a large impact'' and the ``actual emotional state of members engaged in the work'' with respect to the expected results will be clarified.
・You can understand the priority of work that needs to be improved in order to change the behavior and awareness of members.
In order to connect productivity improvement activities to effective economic effects, the key is to "classify" the identified tasks. At our company, we classify and measure operations based on two axes: type and category.
・Type → Definition of the type that shifts from eliminating competitive disadvantage (improving efficiency) by reducing the amount of work to creating competitive advantage (improving effectiveness) by improving the quality of work
・Classification → Definition of classification that aims at the idea of expanding work that directly leads to results, rather than the idea of reducing unnecessary work
