The app is frustrating to use this days. I made a withdrawal on a free day, I didn't get the money it was reversed after 48 hours. I had to pay a fee to withdraw the money again and I am yet to receive it again!!!. All emails sent no reply. All contacts switched off. This is really a let down

To whom it may concern, SumoTrust mobile app is constantly and consistently unresponsive especially off business hours and weekends. Sometimes, I had to resort to using the web app which is almost always readily available. However the response time is so slow, and this has nothing to do with my internet or browser connection. The business idea is spectacular. But common guys, the app is the only thing we talk to...you can do better.
