Horrible app and company. They ask to top up the wallet to the account which IS NOT refundable, very hard to navigate through the app. The car that I booked had no key inside, so I couldn't start the car. Called customer support, no one picked it up. Only through the waap number someone responded, "It's fine, find another car". They don't care, if that's the policy and vision of the company, I'm happy that I will not use them, as I can just imagine if something serious happens. SCAM

Worst customer support. I registered for it. I didn't receive any email if my documents were not clear. When i tried to book the car , then only it showed one id is not verifief. After walking to the car and waiting alot of time for the car. Spoke to customer service several times and everytime they said , wait 5 minutes, wait 10 minutes. Please respect the time of your customers.

Disappointed! The app says 24/7 service, but today there’s a technical issue and the office said there’s no team because it’s Sunday. Then why claim 24-hour support? The app isn’t working even though everything is fine from my side. I reinstalled it but now I’m not receiving the OTP. Very frustrating when there’s no real help available. Please fix this and be honest about your actual support hours. THANKS
