The Monastero farm has been working for 4 generations to obtain seasonal BIO products. We are the evolution of an ancient Olivetan convent born in 1586.
Our production follows the Permaculture method: that is, the grounds are consciously designed in order to reproduce the patterns and relationships present in nature. Therefore, we are able to produce sustainable fruit, vegetables, pasta, flours, purées and many other products with a reduced impact on the environment.
