I have purchased a VIP account and it even shows on the top of the page when I open the app, but when I want to connect, it says your daily limit is reached and you need to purchase VIP!! I do have a VIP account and it is active. It was working till yesterday, but today I got an update and after updating it, it stopped working.

On 27th of July I got a notification that the service will be disconnected until 1st of August, I sent an email to the support, mentioning that I cannot use their VPN, I got no answer, I sent another email on 1st of August, no answer, still no connection. On their community channel, they are blaming the government for the problem, so basically as a VIP user, I haven't been able to use my service for the last 5 days, and I am not allowed to blame them for the problem, very disappointed.

Used to be good but not anymore. They started by saying they want to help Iranians. But it turns out they want $. *Response to your comment: you are keep saying "covering costs". I just purchased a service half of your price and as fast as yours if not faster. Maybe you should double check your business model. To me it's based on greed and not profit. Anyways... Thanks for helping me for 3 months. Good luck with your other customers
