The Metro Pay Energy Insight App provides ease of access for the user to purchase prepaid electricity tokens and see their consumption for smart meters, as well as top up the smart meters. It has a dashboard where the user can view their historical purchases as well as graphic representation of their consumption/usage.

Useless app that is no longer active for water meters (only electricity, apparently), but they haven't removed from the Playstore or specified. Was confirmed by Help Desk after a long struggle trying to get activation code that never came. Total waste of time to both customers and callcentre agents Why not clarify from the start?

Unable to purchase since last night . No reply from chat and whatsapp no answer on the landline . No notice of banking change. no reply from EFT payment method . very poor. why have a 24 hour service when it cant be unhelded

I installed this app and been trying for seven month to get a email confirmation to use app, total waste of time registering to pay, I have no choice the landlord installed the meter in the unit I rent.
