I am one of the students using this app, and I'm not happy. I am supposed to study for a test I have to write tomorrow and there is no page number option to find the pages (some of my friends has the hard copy of that book and there IS page numbers in it), and when I finally find the topic (by going through the contents), it keeps jumping to another page and I have to look for it again. Although the customer service is good, I have no time to go to them with every problem.It is really ridiculous

if I didn't need this app for my textbooks, I'd have deleted it the first time I opened it. (I guess it's the only way the can get downloads) not being able to copy text is one thing, understandable even, but the fact that I can't highlight more than one line at a time??? pictures are cut out of frame, page numbers are off, navigation is bad, search is bad, don't try to highlight in dark mode, and not to mention how terrible the ui looks (2002 hmtl reader). don't get snapplify.

Updated Review: The Snapplify team contacted me to resolve my application issue with page numbers. Thank you for the professionalism! Initial Review I'm using the application on my laptop. The highlighter often does not work. In addition, the application does not keep track of the page you are on. It replaces the page number with the word "cover" and takes you back to the start of the book. I have to manually write down page numbers to read the book in order. It's quite frustrating.
