Creating an account is an impossible task for me. When I try submitting ID card and passport sized photo it's telling me email already exist. On the other hand when I try logging in with the email the UI brings up an "UNAUTHORIZED" message, or something like that

Been trying to register for the past 2months to no avail, these guys are not serious, I shouldn't have to call or reach out just to use your app. I work with app devs just to give you context so tried all lot of ways to register. You are giving me ideas of becoming your competitor just because of this.

I haven't had problems with the app in the past, but now it simply won't login. I receive two error prompts: either 'incorrect password' or 'session time out'. Kindly fix this bug in the next update.
