If a team has two coaches, and one coach input information, the other coach cannot make a change to the particular event. This can be very burdensome if there is a field, location, or time change. There should be shared permissions or administrative rights to making changes. This type of shared permissions is so common in the app world and data management systems. It's shocking it is not available here and makes the system almost not functional because of it.

I use the app as a sports director. It has been getting better over the years. My families like the app, others are indifferent, and some love it. As for me, it does what I need it to do, which is to have my coaches communicate with teams and check attendance. There's a lot more the app does, but that's more than enough for me.

Notifications are broken. It seemed like they were fixed a few weeks ago but the most recent update broke them again. Chat in general is bad. Needs individual/group chat, hyperlinks, images, etc. Recurring events need to be editable. Currently, if I create one but later want to change the time, location, etc, I have to change it for all events rather than one recurring event. Update 3/22/23 After latest update, notifications show sometimes but when you tap them it doesn't go to chat.
