The Rocket Matter app offers much more than tracking time on the go: it now provides secure firm communication, financial information, document previews, and other critical things busy attorneys need while they’re out and about.

Of course, we still have the fundamentals you’re used to: our calendar, contacts, tasks, matter summaries, and timers are all easily accessible. And as the leading, trusted cloud option for law firms, all of your data is backed up, secure and accessible wherever you go.

Ratings and reviews

App has serious issues. Periodically would not let me use the communicator. Could do other functions. Would get a push notification from my assistant and could read the message there. But then couldn't access communicator in the app to respond. Would then have to text, which then makes you wonder why use the communicator at all. Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Now insta-crashes and won't start up. FYI Rocketmatter.....opening up web application on mobile device is a horrible workaround.

App crashes immediately upon launch, troubleshooted with Rocket Matter's IT Department, and they came back with "We've compiled a list of clients that have reported issues with the app, crashing, and our engineering team is looking into resoling this in the future... I don't have an estimate of when this would be resolved. We are currently advising any clients expressing the issue to use the web bases version for the time being." Essentially, it's broken, don't use it. Switching to Clio today.

This app immediately crashed upon trying to open it. I experienced the same thing this past March when I tried this app. (This was my second attempt on trying your app out. Sadly I will be deleting your app now for the second time.) You guys have a great desktop program, but your app is No Bueno.
