Greetings! The new update lags alot when i use the scanner, it blacks out after i scan a vial and requires a restart in order to work properly and sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode on the vial showing a message "an error occured, please scan again" Kindly take care of this issue

The only function that this app can do that the website cannot, being notifications, does not work anymore. Contacting support did nothing. As such this app is useless compared to the website.

Trying to register. It was required to include symbols in the password but if I put symbols, I get error saying character is not allowed.
