The WORST medicine delivery app. My medicine order was supposed to arrive in two days. After two days I contacted their helping to ask why my order is not coming. They assured me it would arrive in next 24 hour. The next they cancelled my order without telling me the reason. They should remember they are running medicine delivery app. Here time of delivery matters. Never use this app.

Changes the medicine delivery time on their own. Totally useless support. No customer care number. Only ticket system is there where they have most probably deployed a bot who just gives pre defined answer. No matter what you are saying, their bot will answer based on what question you have selected from the dropdown. Rather than having a ticket system, they could have simply created a faq page because in any case they are not listening to your concern

Useless app. All the ads with same hour delivery etc are fake. They have been playing with my medicines for 2 days now. Never call and receive a message it's rescheduled. Unable to cancel the order as it says something went wrong. No option to call them too. They called and no option to cancel from their side as well. Overall the worst experience ever!
