Ratings and reviews

Byju's has done a good job for students. It's difficult to learn concepts at one shot in class where you need to take notes simultaneously. And so, I decided to watch lectures which are easy to understand (because of visualisation). This really is helping me a lot. But, you have a limit to watch the lectures! This is not right. I didn't like it

The quality of lecture recordings is quite bad. Whenever I try to watch the missed recordings,I can never watch the whole lecture without any kind of problem. Sometimes the screen turns black, sometimes the teachers voice doesn't show up. All together it wastes a lot time which is definitely not acceptable.It affects my studies to a great extent. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and try to solve the issue. Highly disappointed.

Please improve quality of the recordings of the live classes. Whenever I try to watch missed classes, I can never fully watch the whole class without problems. Sometimes the site crashes. Sometimes the teachers video doesn't show up. Sometimes only the teachers voice shows up. We can't forward nor back and it gets really irritating. I really like the app but please fix this issue. It really hinders my studies. Thank you.
