So writing this review because ive had a really good experience with caratlane so far. The app is good, designs are good, variety is immense, and whatever your budget might be they have something for everyone. i have also explored and visited other app and other stores but caratlane was where i made my firsy big purchase and its where i go now for any recurring jewellery shopping i do. 10/10 Recommend

Fraud!! Never buy jewellery from Caratlane online. Stores are good. In online shopping they can send you fake jewellery and easily blame it on their delivery partner. And then asking me to fire an FIR to investigate. Why are you selling jewellery online when your delivery partner is not reliable. Customer support is worse. They become helpless and innocent when you got delivered a fake product. Really disappointed. Never use for online shopping!!!

Very bad experience ' they don't have any designs to show what they display on website. It's just to attract customers and when it comes for home display they have just few to show ...incessant excuses and no timely response ... Only grt designs can never get them customer ..very inefficient team .
