Ratings and reviews

App is poorly designed and does not send useful notifications. Only promos. There is no option to "Copy" text here, like the ORDER ID. Not shared via mail also. Delivery tracking is just a date that they give you. FurBot does not give notifications for any chat msg. Keeps timing out. Unhelpful automated responses. Clueless agents that need better training. They don't follow old convo, cannot give delivery info, no callbacks. Agents ignore queries & issues are marked solved w/o responding to it.

I've rented a washing machine on the Furlenco app, and it has been the most disastrous experience I've ever had. My rental subscription started on the 17th, and a support person from the organization came to install the machine. However, they didn't provide any proper demo, just saying that if I had any problems, I could replace the machine.The water cap is not fixed properly to the tap, causing water to leak. Additionally, only the spin function of the machine works; everything else is malfunct

I’ve had a good experience with Furlenco’s products; they are brand new and of high quality. However, the return pickup service has been disappointing. The delivery boys initially asked for ₹150 for the pickup, and when they arrived, they requested ₹200 instead. I ended up paying ₹200. Additionally, they took a long time to reach the pickup point. While the product and overall service are great, the delivery team needs improvement.
