The KSEB official app is the latest offering and self-service facility for customers from KSEB Limited, offering a host of features.

Key features include:

• A personalized My Account for registered consumers (Registration can be done in a minute on wss_kseb.in in the new user registration section).
• Quick Pay facility for making payments without registration.
• New user Registration.
• View/Edit consumer profile.
• Manage up to 30 Consumer numbers in one user account.
• Check Bill Details for the past 24 months and download in PDF format.
• Check Consumption Details for the past 24 months.
• Check Payment History for the past 24 months.
• Transaction History - Receipt PDF download.
• View bill details and pay your bills using credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking.
• Notifications alerting bill due date, payment confirmation, etc.
All you need:
• A smartphone with Android Operating System (OS 5.0 or above).
• Internet connectivity such as GPRS/EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi.

Is a very functional and neat interface. Very convenient to use. Good work. Let's hope all other government services are upto atleast this standard.

I am writing to bring to your attention a potential issue that has arisen since the recent update to our payment processing system. It appears that there may be some latency introduced into the system, which is causing delays in payment processing. I have attempted to make a payment via the web, but unfortunately, I was unable to complete the transaction using the app.

New update is buggy. App showing error message "Error: Device integrity check failed". So unable to login my account. According to your changelog this login issue is shown as fixed, but actually it is not. Why don't you solve this bug even lot of users reported this issue?
