The eligibility criteria for business loans for merchants are:
Accept payments on PhonePe QR for more than INR 15,000 per month
Be an active merchant, accepting payments on PhonePe QR for 3 months or more

- Date of Birth
- PAN
- Aadhaar Number

Ratings and reviews

Application is the best one. But the smart speaker and it's service are very pathetic . After 2 months of usage, it is continually going to switch off mode and then switching on automatically. I tried all the trouble shooting methods they provided. But it's not yet resolved. Contacted the person who installed the smart speaker, but he assuredly said there is no problem with the speaker. It's still showing the same problem. Im going to cancel the smart speaker

Several times I have requested them to change my mobile number, as I am facing difficulties to receive OTPs. But, they don't answer. I have been using Phone Pe swipe machine. It is very hard to receive OTPs while logging in. They don't bother my request. Now, I am unable to see all the transactions. Very pathetic experience. I don't know why they should not provide the mobile number update option. One of the most worthless apps I have ever seen.

I decided to try PhonePe Business since I already use Google Pay Business. However, the verification process with Google Pay is much better and faster—everything is done online over a video call, making it super convenient. In contrast, PhonePe requires an agent to visit for verification, which takes over a week. This delay is inconvenient, especially when setting up quickly is a priority. I recommend sticking to Google Pay Business for its faster onboarding.
