Ratings and reviews

They are sending old stocks they would not accept the returns. They say they will return the expired products after the date. Don't believe them they are excellent frauds and scamsters. call centre support is very poor. Uddan would deliver the product and they themselves create return request in our names and say poor return request. you would not get money in your account. They would say it's internal change sir it would not affect you. Don't buy product from this frauds.

I have been requesting them to verify my address for more than a month,they always say it will be done in 48 hrs by there executive visiting my store but there is no one who calls me nor visiting the store I'm totally disappointed with the service

Very bad customer support service. Having an issue since 1 week. No problem is solved. Just everyday someone will call, say they will raise complaint but nothing is done. Very frustrating customer service.
