Newest layout is frustrating to use. Waste time trying to find the channel and program that I want to watch, totally not user friendly at all! The old version with the entire guide laid out was so much better and easier to use. Don't understand why they must try to fix what isn't broken, and then proceed to break it even worse.

Terrible app. After so long no improvements have been done. streaming on chromecast is probably the worst tv experience you ever get. Gets disconnected during playback. Update in june 2024 The latest update to the uiux is made even worst. Can you imagine finding your programs without search feature. Tiles alone is not helpful at all when i dont want to get straight to what i want to watch which is football. The only search you get is ctrl find. With the new drm in place, web player cant work

Can't activate Disney+ or Netflix . Email stated to activate through app but when trying to activate it through the app it just displays "coming soon" and redirects me to the website which asks me to sign up for the broadband plan which I already have signed up for. Is this is a way to get people to not use the complimentary netflix or disney+.
