when I trying to open the app it was to much getting lag to open nearly 5-10 mins it's taken time to enter in the app... can you check and remove the bugs it's was really needed app for previous papers can you reset it

"The PQP app is currently not working. I am facing issues and request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible." There is only one month left in this semester .

Very disappointed for the recent experience or usage of the app ..unable to open anything ..ads are continuously popping up..🤷🏻‍♀️
