I like this loyalty program with Ray's. I can use my points when I want to. I claimed a 1000 point reward on the app earlier today. Later on when I went to the store, when I got to the register , it took ten dollars off my receipt. Very cool!

I am having a terrible time getting into this app and or switching over from the old one it keeps kicking me out and there was no phone number for support or anyone to call to clean the slate so I can start over even the forgot my password is not working.

most the employee cards don't work, customer numbers don't work, customers are not wanting to download a new app, don't get points, clipped coupons don't work. over all a really bad switch over. employees and customers are frustrated
