The worst publications which I saw ever, I ordered for TET books one week back and I didn't receive any update on it. I paid the amount in online, there is no tracking of the order and there is no option to cancel it. There is no proper response from the contact numbers as well. I lose 1300 rupees because of this.

Very worst application. Payment gateway is only working properly😃😃 After completion of your payment two or three videos will only be played. I am not commenting about the faculty. The technical support is worst. They didn't respond. The videos will not be made as offline Even the videos are not opened. The team should focus on the above issues. Getting the payment is not only the maintenance of the app.

I have been using Yes and yes app for SA English inorder to listen PIE and Psycology in English language. I am very much disappointed to see, all the chapters are not uploaded and sometimes the continuity of the topics is also missing. And they're gonna deactivate my purchased account in 6 months. And they don't even respond to the messages in the Inbox. Maybe the offline coaching is good but online coaching in the app is definitely overrated.
