everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

My prior experience was very good but after 1.5 months I updated the app and suddenly my batch stopped working I can't access my recorded lectures. The video were not working only on my handset and was working in other devices. Another batch like test series and all were working fine which was free of cost and the one batch which I bought stops working after some days. It's a bad experience for me and still I can't able to access my recorded lectures and I have my paper after 1 month.

The UI is very unfriendly. It is difficult to access tests. The tests aren't arranged for easy navigation. The tests also need to be downloaded. I have never felt welcomed by this app and it's tests. For reference, Practice Mock and Smartkeeda are way easy to navigate and are student friendly. I have purchased full year test prime subscription and 6 months have passed but whenever I open it, I go back to user friendly and student friendly apps. Learn from your peers and make it friendly.
