There's no trial option, but I got the weekly subscription because of the amount of options and the app layout was much better than most. But, even though I have credits, it won't do anything. I can upload photos and go through the steps, but when I tell it to start it simply gives me the subs options. I can't use the credits I paid for. Either this is a bug, or I expect a refund.

I already did cancel the subscription immediately a week ago after I availed the first 300 credits which was already deducted but my bank account was still deducted for the second time with no credits appearing on my app. I think if I was deducted for my second week--which I did already cancel as I explained beforehand--there should be a credit points appearing on my account but no credit points were shown. Edit: they settled the issue and granted my refund request. Giving this app a 3 ⭐

App started off as Pixevo. 5 days after spending $30 app needed an update. App then became Nova Ai. Complete scam. They will not reply to emails. Let's see if they reply to a negative review. Google Store should definitely remove this provider. Once again the app has an update and I have failed to receive my weekly credits. Contacted customer support several times with no reply. Customer support is horrible.
