Total Garbage it often never effing works, it starts beeping at you and you can't reset it. you can't get in your place. the customer service is garbage and they only work limited hours, so if you're stuck outside at night, you're sleeping outside your door... they can never seem to figure anything out. took me an hour and a half two different times and their answer was to unplug the batteries and plug them back in 🤦 they can't access it remotely so they are of no use. this sucks

For the AC - it only works if you're turning the temperature down - if you're trying to set the temp a few degrees up so your AC isn't blowing all day - it doesn't work. Having to run upstairs or not be able to control this remotely while at work is really frustrating. No issues with the lock/light settings.

I wish someone at ambient would care enough to fix this app! I have a dimmer in my bedroom. It's 2 am and I can't sleep because the app won't switch it off. It keeps randomly saying the light is at 100% when it's actually at 1% and I can't manually shut it off. The temperature is the same way. My apartment took away our panel so now I have no way of manually fixing anything. Update: it's been 2 hours of trying to get the thermostat to change on this app to no avail. I'm not renewing my lease.
