Terrible, it keeps crashing and crashing again. Navigating through the app is pretty hard, because it keeps lagging. And myxl suddenly logged out by itself, I tried to register but you have to input puk. it's very unnecessary, and I tried paying but it doesn't give me the product. it doesn't even show most of the stuff when you buy a package. And it keeps signalling that the package is almost gone, even when there's still a lot. and it keeps spamming unnecessary notifications.

Starting yesterday, the app reset itself, and all profile data disappeared. The authentication process does not work. Cannot edit profile information. Name and DoB from the system is not automatically updated. I have a postpaid and prepaid number. The system should've recognized both numbers based on customer ID. The app requires customers to input numbers separately.

Always slow. Cannot see the usage detail which is important. Sometimes working, sometimes. Login take time and will always make you worry if it's working or not like a roulette. The slowness is killing. And awful when it doesnt work when you need it. Terrible.
