I don't understand why these parental apps are always such an awful experience. It should not be this hard. No indication that my password has expired. I have to notice that I'm no longer getting school notifications, try to login, go through the faff of updating my password, then see I've missed a bunch of stuff. Then, realise that I have to do the same for the other school. Two accounts, two passwords, why? Even when I do get notifications, clicking them doesn't take me to the message, awful.

I can't believe they don't see all these reviews and feedback and then just decide its fine because we're forced to use it so they get money either way. my child was injured and I didn't get the message and even when opening it couldn't see it. payments are dodgy as, awful ux interface and design. so many bugs. if I was told a 5yo coded the app as a school project in under an hour I'd believe it.

it's a poorly designed app, frequently refuses login credentials because I have an account with multiple schools, you can click around forever trying to find the item you need, not all messages get through so as parents we have to repost everything to a WhatsApp group so one school doesn't use it for messages at all and either it's poor admin on the schools' side but appointment booking and assignments is a mess of mixed and old data especially when you have more than one child at the same schoo
