There are times where the app just refuses to load. I am on the zfold6 so it's definitely not device related. I will set my phone down and let it load and come back in 10 minutes and it not be loaded. Even if I switch between 5g and wifi it still struggles to connect. Also, the auto balances widget for this app sucks it doesn't refresh/load well either. About every 2 months I have to remove the widget and re-add it, because it will say couldn't load widget.

I normally don't leave reviews, but it is very frustrating having your bank "upgrade" to a new app that you can't log into and view your accounts. I spoke to support and they corrected the issue to let me in. Two days later, I'm getting access declined for no reason. I shouldn't have to spend a Saturday morning talking to support to be able to see my account.

Terrible. Get it together, Tyndall. Nothing seems to work on this app and it refuses to remember biometric input. The app does nothing for me. I appreciate the response. Not only am I still unable to reliably log into it, even last night I had issues logging into the APP and online banking. I had to call the phone Genie just to check my balance. It took about 20 minutes to do this. Incredible.
