So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.

Awful app. You add something to engrave image, text it goes outside the area, you save everything is gone. You can't use it!

it's nice that it exists. was able to do a firmware upgrade on my P1. downside: - Google login only from within the app (risk of password sniffing) - wifi connection only for secured networks, not open, again risk of sniffing your wifi password - right now can't print properly on the P1. gibberish is sent
