Ratings and reviews

For security reasons can you please update the app to enable biometrics to open the app? You dont want just anybody that is not authorised playing around with people's actively Monitored accounts that don't know what they are doing should our devices become compromised.

Nice, but constantly have to refresh to see the next event.

Much better than the app we use at work but please add an update or refresh button on the customers page.
