This site is very buggy. It kicks me out all the time and is a real pain to get back onto. I'm grateful for it when it works. But oh man, it sucks when it doesn't. Could definitely be improved. I also bank with IS Bank, and their site is fantastic. Maybe you could model after them. Just a suggestion

I am no longer having password problems. Edit: with their latest update, I am having major problems signing in. No fun having to change passwords every day. I like being able to access my account when I am not by a computer.

Great helpful, intelligent people who know what they're doing! Seems silly but very refreshing!
