says service unavailable and won't let me pay my bill this morning this is highly concerning. The alerts stopped working on both my updated and older bg app. I don't like the latest FORCED update. Loved it before 5 stars. The previous versions should've kept working, but no. They added pictures, took away words and functions, so it's less functional and harder to find my way around.

Used to work fine until one random day. Now I can't log in at all. Have tried everything. Yes everything. Always get connection error with your server. I can login on the website though it's less convenient.

The app is about useless. Only saying outage been reported, not saying if it's fixed or not or alerting me anything. Update. I now can log in with my fingerprint but nobody else can access my account to help pay. Had to uninstall. 🙄
