I wish I never upgraded this app. They offered a free coffee credit if you upgraded but the app is unusable. It won't link any of my credit cards so I can't place an order. I had a $5 reward before upgrading that disappeared. I messaged support multiple times about crediting it back to my account and no one has responded. I am a gold member too and this is how I am being treated.

Bugs! cart will empty itself on any problem, like when you try to schedule order for too early. Then you gotta start over... There's no way to make the app remember which store you're ordering from. Every single time it asks for the ZIP code. Seriously? And no, I'm not gonna share precise location. Apparently approximate location isn't good enough. Keeps nagging. Bad UX - switching credit cards is not obvious and it's not possible to add another card without the app erasing your entire cart.

I bought $200 as part of their advertised discount as I go to Bluestone often enough. They do not tell you, however, that to use this purchased credit, you have to use a completely different, but almost exactly the same, app called inKind. In a world where apps are falling over each other to present you with the best experience, this app is strictly average.
